All have above average credit and most can put down 2 full months of security. My lease is set up to protect your interest during the term of the lease. You will never be bothered by nuisance calls every again.

I provide a monthly statement of the rent and a detailed report of any repairs. Your check will be issued in a timely matter. I can provide you with a year end report for your taxes. Tenants’ security deposits are placed in my state regulated bank account.

My personal pitfalls with repair management will save you plenty of money. I can suggest dozens of preventive maintenance ideas which will compound the economic life span of your property. My vendors and supplier have some of the best prices in the industry.

Although the percent is low there are sometimes unpaid rents which lead to eviction. Good people can fall on hard times. I have retainers with several Attorneys; both eviction and collection. My local eviction company can coordinate the lock out with the Sheriff and place all tenants’ personal possessions in storage.
