6% of gross rent for rents between $ 0 and $ 800 dollars

5% for all rents over $ 800 dollars

Trip Fee $ 25 which tenant should pay per lease. This covers visits for the following such as pilot lights, light bulbs, tripped breakers, loose door handles, frozen locks and any other nuisance call.

Coordinated inspection with local utility companies and have an on staff representative wait at the residence would be $ 50 for a ½ day and $ 100 dollars for a full day.

Owner is given a written estimate of any and all repairs before any work is issued.
